Returns & refunds

Made to measure pieces

Desks, tables and shelves made to your measurements are personalised goods. Under EU consumer law they are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please check your measurements before you confirm.

Pieces in standard sizes

Pieces that are not made to your measurements, such as Stool 01, can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Tell us by email; we collect the piece and deduct the collection cost from your refund.

Damaged or not as ordered

Check your piece when we deliver it. If something is damaged or different from your order, write to us within 14 days with photos. We repair it, remake it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Gift cards

An unused gift card can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After that it can be used on any piece.

Agreed quotes

Pieces we quoted by hand are made to order, so the rules for made to measure pieces apply.

How refunds work

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the piece back, or of agreeing the refund with you.

Warranty

Every piece has the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Normal wear of oiled surfaces is not a defect: the care guide explains how to look after them.
